Sermon Content: We temporarily process sermon transcripts you provide to generate AI-powered summaries and discussion questions. This content is not stored permanently.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Authenticate your access to YouTube transcript extraction
- Extract captions from YouTube videos you specify
- Generate AI-powered sermon summaries and discussion questions
- Provide you with the generated content
3. Data Storage and Security
No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store your sermon transcripts, generated questions, or YouTube video content.
Session Data: Your Google authentication session is managed securely and expires automatically.
Processing: All content processing happens in real-time using AI and is not retained after your session.
4. Third-Party Services
Google/YouTube: We use Google OAuth for authentication and YouTube Data API for caption extraction. Your use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
OpenAI: We use OpenAI's AI technology to generate summaries and questions. Sermon content is processed according to OpenAI's data usage policies.
Vercel: Our app is hosted on Vercel. Standard web hosting logs may be collected.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- Use the app without signing in (transcript mode only)
- Sign out at any time to revoke YouTube access
- Revoke app permissions in your Google account settings
- Contact us to request information about your data
6. YouTube API Services
This app uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
You can revoke this app's access to your YouTube data via the Google security settings page.
